Data we collect
When you use our forms (quote request, off-plan projects, diaspora investment, rentals, waiting list), we collect: your name, phone number, email address, country of residence, and details about your project (property type, budget, timing, message).
Purposes
This data is used only to answer your request, prepare a quote, inform you about projects that match your criteria and contact you. It is not sold, nor used for prospecting by third parties.
Recipients
Requests are stored in a spreadsheet hosted by Google (Google Workspace) and viewed by the ITAKA Immobilier sales team. If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, exchanges are subject to WhatsApp's terms.
Retention period
Your data is kept for three (3) years from your last contact with us, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Senegalese law no. 2008-12 of 25 January 2008 on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, correct, delete and object to your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@itakaestates.com. You may also contact the Commission de protection des données personnelles (CDP).

The website does not use any audience measurement tool. Only technical cookies strictly necessary for its operation may be set.
